Digital Product Refund Policy

PoonthaiDigital sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us at chutcpoo@gmail.com if:

• you received the wrong digital file;
• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened as provided;
• the digital product was not delivered because of an issue on our side; or
• you believe a refund is required under applicable law.

When contacting us, please include the email used for the order, your order number if available, and a brief description of the issue so we can review it.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after approval may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

No physical return, return address, return shipping label, or exchange shipment is required for our digital products.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
