1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PoonthaiDigital online store, website, digital products, and related services. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies made available through the store, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the store or purchase our products.

2. Digital products and license

PoonthaiDigital sells digital products such as spreadsheets, trackers, checklists, templates, and related files. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal use or internal business operations, subject to the product description and these Terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload for public access, or offer the purchased files or substantially similar copies as standalone templates or competing digital products. You may not claim ownership of PoonthaiDigital's original template design, branding, or protected content.

3. Product information

We aim to describe each digital product accurately, including its format, included files, intended use, and any important limitations. Please review the product page before purchasing. Compatibility with specific software, devices, or workflows is described on the relevant product page where applicable.

Product screenshots and previews are provided to help you understand the product. Minor visual differences may occur because of software versions, display settings, or updates that do not materially change the purchased product.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated or shown by the store at checkout.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed by the payment method shown at checkout. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, technical error, or an obvious pricing or product error.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information needed to complete your purchase and deliver your digital files.

5. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, access to the purchased files is provided through the delivery method shown by the store, which may include a download link on the order page or by email.

No physical shipping charge applies to products that are identified as digital-only. Delivery timing can depend on payment confirmation and the availability of the digital delivery service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is available through the policy links provided by the store. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, different rules may apply than for physical goods. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Accounts and communications

If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

We may send transactional communications necessary to provide the service, such as order confirmations, digital delivery notices, and support responses. Marketing communications are subject to the preferences and consent options shown by the store.

8. Intellectual property

The store, its branding, product files, product previews, text, graphics, and original template designs are owned by or licensed to PoonthaiDigital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited usage license granted with a valid purchase, no right, title, or ownership interest is transferred to you.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the store or our products for unlawful purposes, to infringe another person's rights, to introduce malicious code, to interfere with store security or operation, or to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or content.

You may not use automated methods to bypass access controls, download restrictions, authentication, or other safeguards protecting the store or digital products.

10. Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, digital delivery, analytics, or other store functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Payment methods shown at checkout are provided by the applicable payment provider. PoonthaiDigital does not control the provider's independent processing times, service availability, or account requirements.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available through the policy links provided by the store. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store and complete transactions.

12. Store availability and errors

We may update, suspend, or discontinue store features or products from time to time. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, broken links, or other technical issues when discovered.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access to the store, but we will take reasonable steps to address issues affecting valid purchases and digital delivery.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digital products and services are provided as described on the product page and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a product will fit every business process, software environment, or individual requirement unless that guarantee is expressly stated on the product page.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PoonthaiDigital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or a digital product where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Your responsibility

You are responsible for using purchased files appropriately, maintaining your own backups after download, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and any requirements of your business or organization.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, store operations, service providers, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted through the store's policy links with an updated date.

17. Applicable rights and disputes
